Well, that was very hard earned in the heat and blazing sun today!
The Atlantic Coast Challenge, 6th - 8th October 2023
What a fantastic long weekend in Cornwall, completing the Atlantic Coast Challenge - 80miles with 12,333ft of very technical ascent (and descent), on the rocky cliffs, sand dunes, steps and beaches of the south west coast path from Padstow to Lands End over 3 marathon+ distanced days. Summer returned which meant fantastic scenery, but the sun and heat added to the challenge. Thank you Wendy and Edwina for joining me, I promise not to suggest any more 'fun' weekends away... at least not for a while!

Hill & Moorland Leader Assessment
After three intense (and very 
) days being assessed on the Peak District hills and moors, I passed the Hill and Moorland Leader qualification. Thank you Beyond the Edge, I thoroughly enjoyed the training earlier in the year and the assessment.
